Ayvalęk, a district of Balękesir, is a tourism center with beautiful coasts surrounded green olive grove, pure sea water and beaches, and contains historical and archeological values.

Climate

The Maritime climate dominates Ayvalęk. Summers are hot and dry,  while winters are tepid and rainy.
